The impact of COVID-19 cannot be understated. This is a global pandemic, the likes we haven’t seen in over a century. As such, it is vital that we take precautions to ensure all our customers are safe when purchasing from us. This post will be updated as the need arises and will keep updating this page. All edits will be reflected by a new timestamp so you can easily keep track of the changes as they come. Thank you for you understanding during this unique and tough times.

How Goldilocks Automotive is Handling the Situation

We are committed to ensuring that when you purchase from us, you are always getting what you ordered – and in this case, nothing else. Here are the ways that we are protecting you and the things you order:

Price Reductions: To help make it easier for you to buy, we are reducing the price of our products across the board to help you out. 

Inventory: All our inventory has been in Canada since at least early 2019. It’s kept at room temperature in a dry spot away from UV and is isolated from people. Only one person touches the inventory. 

Inspection: All your orders are inspected before shipping them out to ensure everything is accurate. During this time, all orders will be handled by one person and that person will be wearing gloves. 

Packing and Shipping: For safety, we will quickly disinfect the product before packing your order. You may smell the faint (and probably familiar at this point) smell of Lysol disinfectant spray. That spray will not harm your products. Shipments will be delivery by hand to the post office to ensure they pass through the hands of as few people as possible. 

Possible Service Disruptions

We always ship with Canada Post and are therefore bound by their service availability. The link to their current updates can be found here. Currently, Canada Post is still accepting and delivering packages with only minor service disruptions. As such, they cannot guarantee the delivery dates per usually. As such, we are forced to suspend our shipping delivery policy (which can be found here), which essentially just means that the typical 5-7 day delivery times may be extended, and deliveries that are late may not be eligible for a shipping refund. As always, you will have access to full tracking information as soon as you complete your purchase.
