Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping! All our shipping methods have tracking. All our items are shipped from Ontario, Canada. At this time, we do not offer local pickup.

Here are some of the options we offer (please note, these options change from time to time):

Canada

We offer free shipping on purchases over $100 CAD.

If you bought an item that does not qualify for free shipping, we offer the following options. Each of these methods are based on the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing:

  • Expedited Parcel
  • Priority
  • Xpresspost

United States

This shipping tier only qualifies for the 50 mainland States. For all other U.S. territories, please refer to international shipping.

We offer free shipping on purchases over $100 CAD.

If you bought an item that does not qualify for free shipping, we offer the following options. Each of these methods are based on the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing:

  • Expedited Parcel USA
  • Tracked Packet USA
  • Xpresspost USA

International

At this time, we currently do not offer free shipping to other countries. Your shipping expense will be calculated upon checkout based on the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing. Here are the shipping methods available to you:

  • Tracked Packet International
  • Xpresspost International

Returns

Return policies vary by item. It is important that you look at the description on the product page. To qualify for returns, the item(s) must be unused and unopened.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Typically, regular non-limited items, such as our Elite Series and Composite Fabrics carry a 14 day return policy. This 14 day period begins the day the package is delivered to you.

Specialty items, such as our Formula 1 Parts, carry a 7 day return policy.


Warranty

Warranty policies vary by item. It is important that you look at the description on the product page.

Typically, regular non-limited items, such as our Elite Series and Composite Fabrics carry a 30 day warranty policy. This 30 day period begins the day the package is delivered to you.

Specialty items, such as our Formula 1 Parts, do not have a warranty.

If you believe you need to make a warranty claim, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will deal with warranty claims on a case by case basis and determine the proper remedy. You may be asked for certain identifying information such as the purchase order number and proof of warranty issue (typically by sending us a picture of the affected item(s)).
